Kat Dodds


Founder of Hello Cool World, and known for her ongoing work on The Corporation film, educated in advertising at Adbusters magazine, master-mind of all aspects of The Corporation’s outreach both grassroots and mainstream in four countries from branding to digital media, Kat has been an activist always, and an impact producer before the term was in vogue. An expert in social branding and engaging audiences as well as brokering partnerships with non-profits, is known for highly effective and heartfelt transmedia campaigns in film, video, print and digital. In 2007 she received a “Woman of Vision” award from Women in Film for her work in interactive media. In 2016 she was featured for her work as an impact producer in Tracey Friesen’s book “Story, Money, Impact.” She is directing “Halo Tales” the digital media component of The New Corporation. She is also currently doing ENGO and grassroots outreach for the upcoming launch of Sharkwater: Extinction.
