Scott Crosby

Scott Crosby is a partner in the Brussels law firm of Kemmler Rapp Böhlke & Crosby which specialises in European law. His practice covers most areas of EU law and extends also to European and International Human Rights law.

In his capacity as a human rights lawyer he is currently acting in two cases with racist undertones before the European Court of Human Rights and is instructed in an atrocity case which may be pursued by the prosecuter of the International Criminal Court.

Scott Crosby is a member of the European Criminal Bar Association. This is the organisation by which European defence lawyers strive for the promotion of defence rights in the EU and beyond and promote law reform where this is necessary in the interests for justice, fair trials and respect for human dignity.
