Shubham Roy Choudhury

Shubham Roy Choudhury is a Senior Programme Officer at the India Foundation for the Arts, Bangalore. He develops and monitors arts projects under the Arts Practice programme. He led the IFA archive project in its inception years. He is part of the ideation and curation team for Project 560, a Bangalore City Festival. He has done his Masters in Film Studies from Jadavpur University and has the experience of working with television channels and ad agencies. He has taught film and media studies in educational institutes in India and Bangladesh. His writing has been published in various books, journals and newspapers. He has been closely associated with the TENT art space. He was one of the editors of the graphic art magazine Drighanchoo. He has special interest in culture, archiving, sound studies, cinema and new media technology.
